Order Policy Statement

• Our function as a wholesale florist is to sell and service the retail florist industry. Therefore, we do not offer our products for sale to the general public. Only customers with established accounts at one of our locations may purchase items from our online product inventory. We welcome guests to view our online product inventory, however, logging in as a guest prevents a user from viewing prices or having the ability to execute an order.

• Orders placed online will be processed promptly; in most cases within the hour.

• All in-stock items will be invoiced and shipped immediately, via the normal invoicing procedure.

• Customers will receive an acknowledgement of their order.

• Assembly, Invoicing, and Delivery of online orders will be preformed by your regular servicing location and salesperson, following their normal delivery schedules.

• Online Orders received after delivery cut off times will receive regularly scheduled following-day service.

• We stand behind all material shipped. Should you, in any way, not be fully satisfied, return the material for immediate credit.
