Claymore C. Sieck began in Baltimore in 1918. The row house that served as the company headquarters for 47 years was replaced in 1965 by the current 48,000 square foot facility. Twenty delivery vehicles serve 400 retail customers with three deliveries daily. The Sieck Baltimore location features 7,000 square feet of refrigerated space containing hundreds of different varieties of cut flowers. Two thirds of the warehouse is devoted to floral hard goods, containing nearly 10,000 basic and seasonal items for sale everyday to retail flower shops. The Baltimore location also features a newly expanded plant department that contains hundreds of varieties of plants and dish gardens for sale every business day.
